a large desert that seems to be quite calm, however, in the summer time it gets quite stormy here, though at random times of the year a huge storm will whip up, lasting for fourteen days exactly, disappearing as suddenly as it came. people are barred from the desert when this happens, as legends tell of a fearsome dragon roaming the sands in the stormy weather of the praia sands.
